Express your interest for the position of Enrolled Nurse
Essence of this role:

• Work under the supervision and direction of Registered Nurse / SDA
• Act as a bridge between Specialised Carer and RN staff, demonstrating the application of the Model of Care.
• Within the AHPRA scope of practice as an EN, support RN on shifts with duties including but not limited to wound care, clinical investigation and or assessment, appropriate medication administration and clinical charting.
• Build and nurture a positive and cohesive environment by mentoring care staff in HammondCare systems and processes to ensure efficient daily household operation.
• Support and empower the care team to advocate for resident wellbeing in risk management and become confident leaders in the case management approach.

To be successful in this role:

• Ability to demonstrate your commitment to engage and model HammondCare’s Mission in action and mentor and empower team members in these values.
• Qualified and current AHPRA registration as Enrolled Nurse.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to build positive rapport and lead with empathy and patience.
• Strong organisation and time management skills.
• Proficient computer and administrative skills.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative within levels of responsibility and knows when to seek support, advice and escalates to RN when required.
